- I yes! it’s me sent an email to a Northern Europe guess you know how far it is supplier and I realise that the attachments have their rival company's name on it. I should have sent them a blank copy instead of the modified copy.
- I’ve yes! it’s me, again compiled a Contract Document and sent to another Northern Europe Supplier for signature and when it’s finally came back to me, I spotted that the reference number is incorrect and everyone had put their signature on it.
- The Airasia website not me anymore shown the wrong time for the promotion of Free Seats, when I saw it the first time, it was stated there “Beginning at 10 Feb 2009 GMT +0000” for your info, Malaysia time is GMT + 0800, GMT + 0000 is time at Greenwich and when I check it again on the next day, they’ve corrected it back to “Beginning at 10 Feb 2009 GMT +0800”.
- The Supplier had quoted us with the wrong products because they thought that is the product we need and now we have to wait for their revised quotation.
That should be enough for a week’s mistakes. Although it is fine to make mistake, somehow we should minimize it =p
Back to the quote, it is fine to make mistakes, as long as you learn from your mistakes. Before that, let’s get this clarified, everytime you made a mistake, will you blame others for the mistake you made? In fronf of others, will you find excuses to cover for the mistake you made? Or even worse, will you deny that the mistake is actually made by you? In fact, sometimes I do blame others for the mistakes I made and I do, most of the time find excuses for the mistakes I made. Do you?
Since everytime you’ve made a mistake and deep in your heart, you tell yourself, “I made this mistake just because of that guy passed me the wrong info, if I handle it all by myself, I would have done better”, can you actually learn from your mistake? Think again, if you’ve noticed that the guy passed you the wrong info, will you still make the mistake? Thus, instead of blaming others, blame yourself. As I’ve experienced it during my Team Building Training a month ago, nothing works out where there is blame.
As a fresh graduate, I’m trying to learn from my mistakes, trying to train myself to have the courage to be responsible for the mistake and, trying to make fewer mistakes.
Thank you my colleagues, my supervisors and my superiors for letting me to learn from my mistakes, I know I would have been scolded like a dog if I’m working at Malaysia with those typical “bus-3rd” Boss. I got a friend which is a good example. Sorry Kiat, got link somemore =p
Don’t be afraid to make mistake, don’t be afraid to admit that you’ve made a mistake. Sometimes,
“Even a mistake may turn out to be the one thing necessary to a worthwhile achievement” Henry Ford
What is the mistake you've made today?
